Mithila festival Holi, Dipawali, Chhath as well as Women Empowerment are focused. In Chhath festival, we worship rising and setting sun. In Holi festival, we wear different colours to each other forgetting enmity and keep friendship. In Barshait festival Mithilanies go to Bar Briksha (Bar tree) for worshipping. She wearing string all around the bar tree for long life of husband as the long life of Bar tree. In Laxmipooja, we pray Goddess Laxmi among all family members. Thus, all festivals are worshiped by women. Women play main role in festivals. At the middle a woman has given birth .Women is creator. As the Sun gives life, women also increase human. All these activates are done due to women so, women play important role in human life.
