The cycle rickshaw is a small-scale local means of transport in India, mainly in rural cities and villages of northern India. It is a type of hatchback tricycle designed to carry passengers on a hire basis. In Mithilanchal’s northern part of Bihar state, they are decorated with images from nature and mythology.
