Description
This painting has essence of festive traditions and contemporary celebrations. Symbolic representation with traditional Clay lamp, Kandil, fireworks. The flame from the clay lamp has the representation of the symbolic scriptures form the Aripan (or floor painting) made in Mithila region of India and Nepal. The structure consists of footprints which symbolically represents the presence of Deity. The design and pattern are inspired by the tantrik symbolic representations. The style of art is inspired from the motifs of Mithila / Madhubani Paintings.
